Kvarnå is a small family owned company runned by the Strands. With a number of yoga instructors in the family, creative souls and nature lovers we bought Kvarnå Gård in the summer of 2024.

We are passionate about spreading the healing effects of yoga, nature and creativity, as well as sharing this beautiful location - Kvarnå Farm including Kvarnå Strand.
